Horatio Chau was the first Baron of the Badlands and the founder of the Fox Territory. He is stated to have been the strongest warrior of his time, and had to defeat a large number of powerful warriors in order to claim his title, thus establishing the way of life in the Badlands. On the thirteenth birthday of his descendant Gaius Chau, a puppet show featuring Horatio is put on for Gaius and his friends.
