The Azra Radio Tower is a radio tower in the Badlands that has the ability to contact Azra. It was used by Bajie in order to send out a signal that reached Pilgrim and his followers.
History[]
Originally, the Azra Radio Tower was capable of contacting Azra from withing the Badlands. It was rendered no longer functional following the destruction of the golden city by The Black Lotus. The radio tower was still capable of contacting the lost children of Azra, primarily Pilgrim. Ankara, a master at the Abbot Monastery was aware of this, but she could not activate the radio tower without the Book of Azra and Sunny's Compass. She told her student Bajie about it, and he proceeded to dedicate his life to finding the two artifacts to activate the radio tower's signal, since he believed that it would save the world by bringing back Azra, unaware that it would trigger Pilgrim's conquest. He eventually did find the two artifacts and brought them to the tower, sending the signal out. This not only told Pilgrim it was time to begin his conquest, but also gave him the location of the First Temple of Azra.
