Arthur was one of the Widow’s Clippers and the former commander of a controlled pass. He killed Juliet Chau’s sniper although Sunny, disguised as the Widow’s Regent, ordered him not to. He was stabbed in the shoulder by Nathaniel Moon for questioning the Widow’s benevolence and later lethally in the neck by the Widow herself with a remaining piece of the bolt he shot Gaius with after joining Wren to capture the Sanctuary.
